The Voice of Truth World Outreach Ministries is a Division of Bible Way Association which is dedicated and focused on evangelism and outreach through the following areas:

• Media: Through audio and video the Voice of Truth is reaching out to preach the Gospel, win souls, and strengthen and encourage the saints. Audio and Video sermons and singing are recorded and sent out monthly to many who are unable to attend church due to poor health or other reasons. Also, this department of the Voice of Truth has supplied many church libraries, as well as prisons and nursing homes with anointed preaching and singing materials, all to reach out to those who have a need.
• Teaching & Evangelism: The Voice of Truth has a whole Department focused on teaching and training, available to both the church as a whole, and those in the ministry. We believe it is vitally important to raise up strong Christians, and even more so, strong solid ministers who will be leaders of integrity and that hold up a Biblical standard in these last days.

• Printed Literature: God has blessed the Voice of Truth and Bible Way Association with the equipment and ability to publish its own books and printed materials at a relatively low cost compared to going through a third party printing company.

Our history and Vision!

Rev. Leslie and Margaret Buckner

Rev. Leslie Buckner started preaching the Gospel in 1958, and has been used by the Lord to bring thousands of souls to Christ. He is still yet today very active in the ministry, and his wife Sis. Margaret Buckner is a great blessing to the Body of Christ and the ministry with anointed singing and music.

The Voice of Truth World Outreach Ministries started with a call from the Lord upon Bro. Buckner, and a vision to reach around the world with the Gospel message that brings salvation, healing, and restoration. Rev. Leslie Buckner is the Founder of Voice of Truth, and works today holding revivals, Camp Meetings, and services across the United States. Sis. Buckner works along side of him, and is the Vice President of Voice of Truth World Outreach Ministries.
