The Voice of Truth World Outreach Ministries is a Division of Bible Way Association which is dedicated and focused on evangelism and outreach through the following areas:

• Media: Through audio and video the Voice of Truth is reaching out to preach the Gospel, win souls, and strengthen and encourage the saints. We are currently on the radio in the Potosi, Mo area every Sunday at 2:00pm, on KNLP 89.7fm. Audio and Video sermons and singing are recorded and sent out monthly to many who are unable to attend church due to poor health or other reasons. Also, this department of the Voice of Truth has supplied many church libraries, as well as prisons and nursing homes with anointed preaching and singing materials, all to reach out to those who have a need.
• Teaching & Evangelism: The Voice of Truth has a whole Department focused on teaching and training, available to both the church as a whole, and to those in ministry. We believe it is vitally important to raise up strong Christians, and even more so, strong solid ministers who will be leaders of integrity and that hold up a Biblical standard in these last days.
• Printed Literature: God has blessed the Voice of Truth and Bible Way Association with the equipment and ability to publish its own books and printed materials at a relatively low cost compared to going through a third party printing company. These books and literature have literally went around the world to such places as Mexico, the Philippine Islands, and South Africa, and also throughout the United States in churches, prisons, nursing homes, and to many more places we could of otherwise not reached with the Gospel, but through these materials the message is going out!

         Rev. Leslie and Margaret Buckner

Rev. Leslie Buckner started preaching the Gospel in 1958, and has been used by the Lord to bring thousands of souls to Christ. He is still yet today very active in the ministry, and his wife Sis. Margaret Buckner is a great blessing to the Body of Christ and the ministry with anointed singing and music.

The Voice of Truth World Outreach Ministries started with a call from the Lord upon Bro. Buckner, and a vision to reach around the world with the Gospel message that brings salvation, healing, and restoration. Rev. Leslie Buckner is the Founder of Voice of Truth, and works today holding revivals, Camp Meetings, and services across the United States. Sis. Buckner works along side of him, and is the Vice President of Voice of Truth World Outreach Ministries.

Our other staff includes Rev. Darrell Armstrong, who is the Overseer of Voice of Truth. He oversees and works in all of the different departments and outreaches of Voice of Truth, as well as within Bible Way Association, as an Assistant General Overseer. Also on Voice of Truth staff is Sis. Karen Turner, who does office and secretarial work for Voice of Truth, and Bro. Tom Turner, who works in our Media and Duplications Department. All of our staff works very hard together to keep Voice of Truth in operation reaching out to as many souls as we can.
